Control Valve Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US plant buyers who need a control valve matched to a written duty, not a catalog family name. Share body style (process globe versus hydraulic directional spool), NPS/DN or NG size, min/normal/max flow with inlet and outlet conditions, working pressure, temperature, fluid and viscosity, failure position on loss of supply and signal, quantity and destination so we can request comparable factory wholesale quotes. This office does not manufacture valves, hold warehouse stock, or sell under a maker-appointed title. A published Cv or spool flow chart is not a line result until those operating cases sit inside the RFQ.

If a first article, sample stroke or witnessed FAT is part of the purchase, write the fluid condition, pressure and the pass record that will travel with the serial. A brochure stroke time or Cv table is not a trial method. Control Valve Sourcing only coordinates the written sequence; it does not run the test stand.
Name whether the sample is a complete actuated assembly or a valve body only, which trim or spool is fitted, and whether hydrotest water must be dried before preservation. State viscosity and temperature used on the stand so the sample is not judged against a different fluid.
State whether FAT is a witnessed leak and stroke test on the purchased serial, and whether SAT is a timed loop check on the buyer fluid after installation. Hydraulic directional valves need the intended actuator and load described; process globes need the flow cases used for noise or cavitation notes.
Keep the certificate identity on the delivered item. Website ISO wording is not a record for that serial number. Pass criteria remain contract items; this site does not state seating tightness, cycle time or noise limits as a result of the purchase.

The buyer supplies fluid data, flow cases, working pressure, temperature, viscosity, failure position, quantity and destination.
